European Championships Munich 2022
Munich was proud to host the second European Championships in 2022, taking place from August 11th to 21st. The event welcomed approximately 4,700 athletes from 50 nations to compete in 9 Olympic sports across the Bavarian capital. The combined scale and prestige of the event required an innovative, collaborative planning solution to ensure the many moving parts were aligned.
Organising a multi-sport event of this scale presents a series of complex challenges, and the European Championships Munich 2022 required a planning solution that could address issues around three key areas.
